fileupload v3.4 now allows ImageConfirm and deletion for non-image uploads.
It can display the filename or a file mime type icon (e.g. 
) with the delete file link.
Custom Template Tags v2.3 now has the ShowFileIcon tag, a complimentary tag that will allow you to display a similar icon in your templates.
The tag has the option to render a link to the uploaded file to allow your users access to the file if required; this access can be controlled by DNN security roles.

I just registered on your site and purchased a subscription. I don't see where these releases are located. They are not under Downloads.
