Upload Folder Name

Details: Hi,

I am using the Fat George file upload inside of an XMod Form (XMod 5). On my XMod Form, I have two fields called FirstName and LastName. I would like to be able to grab the FirstName and LastName and make that the folder name to upload to.

I know I can use {XMOD_UserDisplayName} token, but the person logged in entering the information (an employee entering several records) is not person of the record.

Is it possible using javascript to get the text from the FirstName and LastName fields then use that to create the Folder Name in the File Upload control?
