Exclude html tags from cloud

Details: Clouds currently picks up html tag from html/text entry fields. I would be usful if the tags or the encoding were stripped from the text before non-alphernumeric characters were stripped.

At the moment without careful crafting of text in html/text field the cloud tags can include parts of the html code; this mainly effects the words directly before or after a tag element.
